This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through ACNE-Experts, operated by KLC Skin, an Arizona-based company.

Our goal is to process and deliver orders efficiently while maintaining product quality and order accuracy.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may be extended during promotional periods, holidays, or high-volume order periods.

Once an order has been submitted, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing, not at the time of purchase.

Delivery speed varies based on shipping method selected and destination.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

ACNE-Experts is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

ACNE-Experts is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery issues occurring after confirmed delivery

If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly or filing a local claim.


Carrier Delays

ACNE-Experts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of product damage
  • Photos of packaging

Approved claims may qualify for replacement in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
