This Return & Refund Policy applies to products and services sold by ACNE-Experts, operated by KLC Skin, an Arizona-based company.

At ACNE-Experts, we are committed to delivering professional corrective skincare supported by expert guidance. Due to the clinical and performance-based nature of our products and services, the following policy applies to all purchases.

All Sales Are Final

All product sales, consultation fees, treatment bookings, and service deposits are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Skin sensitivity or adverse reaction
  • Incorrect product selection made without professional guidance
  • Failure to follow provided usage instructions
  • Improper storage or handling of products
  • Individual skin responses vary, and results cannot be guaranteed.

Client Support Commitment

Your results and experience matter to us.

If you experience concerns regarding a product, please contact our team within 7 days of confirmed delivery so we may assist you.

Our team may, at our sole discretion:

  • Review your skincare routine
  • Adjust product usage guidance
  • Recommend application modifications
  • Offer store credit when appropriate

Support assistance does not guarantee eligibility for refund or replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or contains a verified manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

Please email contact@acne-experts.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement product. Refunds will not be issued.

Shipping & Delivery

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

ACNE-Experts is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Carrier delays
  • Delivery errors caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Consultations & Services

Virtual consultations, in-studio services, and treatment deposits are non-refundable.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of fees.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt resolution constitutes a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

ACNE-Experts reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and provide supporting documentation, including delivery confirmation and policy acceptance at checkout.
